35: Team Huddle - It Happened. I have a pooch.
Most of us (especially women) have a "trouble" area or some part of our body that bugs us. That we wish would change or go away all together. The part of our body that used to look different and is the image we replay in our mind and, or, are continuously chasing, desperate to look like "that" again.
Hear me out. This is not about vanity. The way I feel about my body physically is a symbol of how I haven't been taking care of my body. It symbolizes inconsistency in the process. It symbolizes choosing choices from a place of comfort, not necessarily what's the overall good for my body--and most of all mind.
