37: 2025 Step by Step Goal Planning Session (Includes Champagne)

Hello!
There is SO much to catch up on and we will have plenty of time to sort out what has been happening and how the podcast will go through it's own transformation this year.
But if you are like me and time is passing you by faster than you can even comprehend, then we need to make sure to take advantage of the body and time that we do have. 
Here is a step-by-step goal setting exercise my husband and I did for 2025.
We established the areas of improvement (Finances, Fitness, & Fun), decided on the What (goals in each area), and then the HOW (action plan for each goal).
